After the contractor(s) have been selected, the work can begin. During construction we can come out to the site and observe the progress and determine if the contractors are performing the construction as laid out in the plans. We can answer questions, select elements for the garden (such as tagging specimen trees in the nursery), approve progress payments, and review work as completed.
