Garden transitions from one elevation to another can be articulated in many ways. Some of our past work includes: a broad staircase of massive stone slabs between urn-topped piers, basalt step-stones emerging from a mossy bank, a ribbon of folded steel rippling down a slope, a sleek ipe staircase weathered to a silvery gray, and curved brick steps topped by elegant, custom hand rails.
