Construction documentation (CD), as you might imagine, is a time-consuming process. Frequently half of a project’s fees go toward drafting the drawings necessary to build the garden.

CDs resolve things like plant species and varieties, drainage, final elevations, and material specifics and sizes. CDs form the basis for a binding legal document between you and your contractor. Contractors will be engaged to build the garden as defined by these drawings and as such, protect your interests.
