Plants are quite literally the most vibrant elements in the garden, and because they are alive they bring a whole new dimension of variability and energy to the landscape. They document for us the passage of time and the cycles of the year. They form complex relationships with each other as they share light, water, and nutrients. They touch our senses with the fragrance of their flowers or the rustling of their leaves.
We simply love plants, and we thoroughly enjoy creating landscapes that express each plant's character and beauty to its fullest, whether in a complex mixed perennial border, a simple grove of trees emerging from a carpet of groundcover, or a tough planting of drought-tolerant shrubs and grasses.
